totally forgot to add 4 oz sweet taters to an AM & PM meal!

Katy: Im a mom to the two funniest, kindest, most thoughtful and perfect kids in the world. I live my life for them. They are the reason I strive every day to be happy and healthy. And, having a mom who is a badass can be pretty cool. I fought through thyroid cancer, a complicated pregnancy, weight issues, health issues and believe in the healthy body/healthy mind connection. The connection between mind & body should NEVER be undervalued. It sets a lifelong example for my kids, allows me the energy to participate actively in their lives & to be present in life.
